This is good for minor headaches . It takes a while to start relieving the aches but when it does the pain is gone and I go right to sleep. If it's a seriouly bad headache it works sometimes

Amazing definitely helps and also helps sleep with no pain I'm always getting headaches so I take an Advil and 30 minutes later I feel much better. Effective very effective. I always buy it I'll definitely buy again

I use this for everything. I usually take one pill only and that gets rid of the pain in ~20-30 minutes. The relief usually lasts a couple of hours to the rest of the day depending on the kind of pain.

I used this product when I had a bad tooth ache and was not able to sleep. Not only did it help ease the pain but it also knocked me out so I was able to sleep. The only thing I did not like is that. I was very groggy the next morning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This medicine works miracles. It takes the pain in my ankle away and helps me get a good nights rest. I take this at night any time I’m in pain. It takes about 20-30 minutes to kick in.

I know a lot of people who swear by Advil PM to help them rest and sleep when they're in pain, but I've never found it to be super effective. I'm better off just taking regular Advil and a melatonin pill and I'll be asleep in no time.
