I enjoy taking these once in a very great while when I am either sick or if I really need a good nights sleep (I don't advice doing it though). they awakes kick in about thirty minutes after I take them. They get the job done and always help with what it is i need!

I've seen friends suffer from addiction from prescription pain/sleep-aids, and I refuse to take them. I have tried many different over-the-counter pain and sleep-aids, that either didn't work or had me still feeling drowsy/sleepy the next morning. That was until I received a complimentary sample of Advil PM from Smiley360. When I'm experiencing back pain and can't sleep, I'll take 2 caplets of Advil PM. Within 30 minutes or less I'm asleep and don't wake up until my alarm goes off. The next morning, I don't feel tired or drowsy. Instead, I feel refreshed and ready to get my day started. I will now keep a bottle beside my bed, just in case I need them. If your experiencing sleeplessness due to any kind of pain, than I highly recommend trying Advil PM. Their pain was relieved and were able to sleep through the night without waking up feeling groggy. I also thought these were great! My neck and lower back on a long shift day are so sore that it's almost hard to sleep . This helps me sleep rest easy and wake up without the aches I fell asleep too .
