[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil has always been my go-to for pain relief. I like that they added a sleep aid as sometimes it's hard to fall asleep when you hurt. The sleep aid is not so heavy that you cannot wake up in the morning, it just helps you get to sleep.

I definitely used this multiple nights to help with my lower back pain, which it did work and relax my back, however I didn’t see any difference beyond normal pain medications I take. Just be careful if you are sensitive to sleep aids. It did make me feel a tad groggy the next morning

While you may be able to mix both on your own, it is generally not recommended. It works very well at accomplishing the sleep aid and pain relief needed. It has helped me many times and I will continue to use it when needed. Recommended!

I have been working extra hard at work and in the gym, and it has resulted in a lot of aches and pain, particularly in my shoulders and wrists. Some nights, I struggle to sleep due to my aches and pains. Advil PM has helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep, and I wake up feeling much better. My boyfriend has tried it too, and it helped him as well. I will continue to keep a bottle of this in my home for the occasions that I need it.

I was really impressed with this medication the first time I tried it. I went to bed with bad sinus pain and was hoping it would relieve my pain and help me sleep. It did both very well! Plus, I didn't wake up groggy, like some medicines can make me feel. I will definitely use again and keep on hand for those occasions that call for it.
