Because taking 1 had me up taking 2 had me stuck between sleep. After trying this I can’t even remember falling asleep i just know when I woke up tv watching me.

I was finally able to not only fall asleep but stay asleep until the morning. I was pleasantly surprised that I was ready to start my day the next morning and the medication didn’t leave me feeling drowsy. I have been taking Advil for years switched to pm few years ago had back surgery few years back but really helps also with both shoulders with night time discomfort so I can get some sleep. I usually try and take two pills aboughtan hour before bed. I was having a real difficult time getting good night sleep. Also a insulin dependent diabetic so this Advil pm seems to really help thanks.
