I also have knee and back issues. Although, this didn’t completely rid me my knee and back pain it did help me sleep better. After a long day it helped soothe my body of some of the aches and pain. I woke up refreshed and ready to tackle another day!

I’m sure you would agree that theres no worst pain than being in pain during bedtime. When you’re ready to get some much needed rest, but that pain is keeping you up - distracting you from those zzz’s. These pills help eliminate that. Pain quickly becomes a distant memory, allowing you to get much needed rest! I’ve tested this so far on two different occasions - one being my back and the other a headache. Definitely made me drowsy, make sure your ready to go to bed when you take, it only took less then 30 minutes for me but I'm not use to taking sleep aids, so I guess it would be less or more time for others. I sleep good on these. Would definitely buy again !

Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep and so I take Advil PM. It works pretty well, but I wouldn't recommend taking it regularly. I'm no doctor, I just find that to become potentially harmful to your regular sleep pattern. Overall, I would recommend!!
