Advil is always my go to when my knee starts to bug me again from lifting weights and they help me sleep since the pain doesn't let me but once it kicks in it's lights out

Advil PM is my go to especially when I am travelling on an uncomfortable flight, where my aches and pains really act up. I can pop one advil PM and fall asleep, forgetting about my pain!
