Love this product. I have had nights with back pain and found it hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. Taking 2 of these pills, I was out for the rest of the night. For me they worked within an hour and I woke up feeling refreshed.

This stuff puts me to sleep like a baby! I like to use this more than Zzquil because it's a little more mild. The one downside though is that i try to stay away from ibuprofen as it can be hard on the stomach.

This helps me when i have bad headache or trouble falling asleep, so i get double the benefits in one pill! Advil is best ive tried with reducing pain/sleep aid!
