This product is a god sent. I personally don't like to take pain medications but after a long day, sometimes being achy and sore can keep me up at night. I like having a product that will alleviate my pain but not keep me up all night

Helps with pain and helps me sleep! I try not to take a lot of Tylenol for soreness so I gravitate to Advil. I sometimes have trouble sleeping when I'm sore so this is the best of both worlds. It works great and I feel well rested!

Tylenol PM is very good for whatever I’m having eggs at night and I want to go to sleep it works very well to sleep and helps me to sleep throughout the night if I wake up I have no more pain and I am ready for the day
