[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nighttime advil was a godsend. I had such a terrible headache and was able to sleep it off using this advil. It worked right away and lasted all night.

I started taking this instead of NyQuil since NyQuil always makes me so drowsy. This doesn't make me drowsy at all which is great! It's very effective on reducing pain too.
