This seems to work great for me. I usually have no problem going to sleep but there was a point in my life, where I did. I would use these and they don't leave you feeling groggy in the morning, like some sleeping aids can do.

This Advil PM work fast to relieve pain. I like that it has a non habit forming sleep aid included. I am an Advil fan and would take Advil over any other pain relievers. For me they tend to work faster.
