I don't use this often, but sometimes you just need a pain reliever to help you sleep! I tried this after a 2 day intense fitness training and it relieved my pain and helped me get some rest!

Tylenol PM is very good for whatever I’m having eggs at night and I want to go to sleep it works very well to sleep and helps me to sleep throughout the night if I wake up I have no more pain and I am ready for the day

I have bought these numerous time. For sure helps with the aches and pains. Also helps with getting to, and staying, asleep. I’ve noticed taking these and when I have to get up in the middle of the night I’m usually right back to sleep

I like to use these painkillers for one I really sword from going out and working out there also good for if pills make you sleepy these will keep you up and will not make you sleepy I recommend it to other people that have this issue
