Advil PM is my go to pain reliever for menstrual cramps! It helps me sleep through the night without having to be awakened by play cramps! Very affordable and effective!

Whenever I need some pain reliever with some sleeping aid I go for these. They help me fall asleep faster and relieve some back pain. It doesn't always work though. But I still take the chance.

Sometimes I suffer from terrible headache. When they get bad I take Excedrin but when they're UNBEARABLE I take two of these bad boys and my headache is nonexistent and I wake up refreshed and well rested.
