Gets the job done, but takes a while for the product to kick in. I usually have to take it at least an hour before I want to fall asleep. Wake up fresh.

This totally helps me sleep and keeps me from waking up sore if I’ve had a hard day or tough work out. It’s the pain reliever I love plus more. I use it only when I need it but it always does the trick!

I like to use this night time Advil on nights when I have a shorter time to sleep, it's a lighter sleepy effect than melatonin and it's easier to wake up without any groggy side effects throughout the day.
