I work a tough-8hrs to 12hrs everyday, I walk dogs as a side hustle 3days a week, I do a 2hr workout 4days a week, and all of the in between. I’m obviously very active. This being said, I still have the sleep issues. Ive taken a multitude of products to attempt helping me with my sleep and some work and some dont. After using the Advil PM for only 3 nights, i will continue use for sure. I fell asleep within about 30 minutes and STAYED ASLEEP. They helped reduce my back and leg pain and i didnt wake up feeling groggy or sluggish. i definatly will recommend!

I first purchased Advil PM after all the healthy alternatives like Melatonin that didn’t work at all. I knew Acetaminophen used regularly would ruin a beloved organ, so I tried a sample pack with 2. I slept a glorious 9 hours without once waking (thanks to the weekend no alarm) and felt incredibly refreshed. Basic convenient stores will have their generic brand of active ingredients w/ NSAIDS and ibuprofen as well, but why fix something if it’s not broken? Life changer for this girl! Good luck!

There is a helpful sleeping aid in them along with the ibuprofen. Was still able to get up and use the bathroom during rest, but drifted to sleep easier. Did not feel groggy the next day.

I’m glad I have these on hand for those hard nights! Advil has always been my go to when it comes to mild to moderate pain and now I’m glad there’s a second addition with the sleep assistance

I was sleepy about thirty minutes after taking two Advil PM. I had a horrible headache before going to bed last night. I woke up today without any grogginess and feeling better than last night. I normally take some melatonin and it was just as effective getting to sleep.

This did help with the pain but it did not help ease me to sleep. It does have a sleep aid in it but it does not say what or how many milligrams of the sleep aid that is in it. Advil is a good pain reliever on its own. Personally I would just take regular advil since the advil pm gave me the same results as the regular one.
