I would recommend it & I wouldn't change a thing about it..except for maybe making the packaging a bit more childproof!

Advil PM gave me the best night of sleep, even better than my normal go to, melatonin. I felt good and refeashed in the morning. No groggy after affect. Love the coating on it making it easy to take.

I used this when I was having a body aches and pains and couldn’t sleep after helping my sister move into her new home. It worked wonders. I even felt refreshed in the morning instead of fatigued like the medicine was still in me.

Helps me sleep and I don’t have the sleeping pill hang over like I do with sleeping pills. I do make sure to take it like an hour before I want to be asleep and try to be in bed 30 minutes after taking. I don’t recommend taking if you only have a few hours to sleep or you will have a hard time getting up and a hard time staying awake. If you got 8-9 hours go for it!

Add any kind of discomfort or pain to the mix and sleep is definitely hard to come by. Taking the AdvilPm not only help alleviate my pain but I was able to get a good night's sleep without waking up a bunch of times.
