Normally, I don't like taking pills due to them being hard to swallow, but these coated caplets are easy to swallow. I had a headache last night that wouldn't let me get any sleep, and two of these knocked it out and helped me get a good night's rest.

I tend to get some joint and/or muscle pain at night which makes it difficult to go to sleep or stay asleep. But after an aunt recommended this to me I've found it to be the best thing ever. This does help relieve pain but I don't feel like it helps me falls asleep faster or easier. I do like that it doesn't give me side effects and it is pretty affordable. I would buy it again and if I need help to sleep I will buy tea which always helps me.
