There is a helpful sleeping aid in them along with the ibuprofen. Was still able to get up and use the bathroom during rest, but drifted to sleep easier. Did not feel groggy the next day.

I slept at least 6 hours in a row which is really good for me and I woke up without any grogginess the next day. I have experienced a lot of joint and arthritis pain recently and thought this might be a good solution for nights when the pain makes it tough to sleep. However, I found that Advil does not work for my joint pain or arthritis. I will say that it helped me sleep (through the pain), but that is not a reasonable long-term solution.
