[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time Advil user for aches and pains and have used Advil PM at times when those aches and pains were keeping me up at night. Advil PM helps ease the discomforts that I have and makes me mildly sleepy. Once asleep , it does help me stay awake for a while but not the whole night if I am hurting. It does a good job of helping me get to sleep when I otherwise would twist and turn and it also doesn’t leave me feeling woozy like other sleeping aides can once I wake up for the day. I will continue to take and recommend Advil PM for nighttime aches and pains.

Helps me sleep and I don’t have the sleeping pill hang over like I do with sleeping pills. I do make sure to take it like an hour before I want to be asleep and try to be in bed 30 minutes after taking. I don’t recommend taking if you only have a few hours to sleep or you will have a hard time getting up and a hard time staying awake. If you got 8-9 hours go for it!

One of my go to’s when it comes to sleeping. I suffer from chronic pain and it’s hard for me to get to sleep. Advil PM helps me fall asleep and pretty much stay asleep. I do feel a little groggy in the mornings but with my chronic pain, I’m always tired.

For an OTC (over-the-counter) medication, Advil's PM Caplets work well to help with aches, and pains, and this newer version that includes a sleeping medication, along with the NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), also helps me to sleep. For me, having pain often goes hand-in-hand with not being able to sleep, so it's nice to be able to take one medication to help with both issues (sleeping also helps me get rid of my pain). I only need to take 2 of these caplets, and they help with my aches/pains, as well as with sleep, and I don't wake up groggy, or still tired either.

I tend to get some joint and/or muscle pain at night which makes it difficult to go to sleep or stay asleep. But after an aunt recommended this to me I've found it to be the best thing ever. I only use it when I have minor aches or pains and it really helps to me to go and stay asleep. I highly recommend this.
