Unfortunately, because we both also snore, we also have some sleeping issues… So AdvilPM has been a life saver for us! This product is the best of both worlds; it takes care of our post workout aches and pains, while also helping us to get a good night of a sleep. We use it after extra intense workouts and after very stressful days and it has greatly improved our lives and relationship. We have both been using this product for a while and have found that it’s not addictive, which is also very important. The best part is that we are not groggy when we wake up, so we can still hit the day hard. Overall, AdvilPM is an A+ product that I would recommend to anyone who needs both pain relief and sleep help. Especially since you can reduce the number of pills you’re taking by combining both benefits in one product! We are going to keep using this product and all Advil products in our house! When I tried this advil, it took about half an hour to an hour to work. I felt a little drowsy and less pain, and some nights, i was pain free! I slept great that night as well and I woke up feeling a little more refreshed than usual. The size of the pills is about your average size pills like Tylenol. If you're looking for a good night rest, and feeling less pain in any way, I definitely recommend you to try Advil PM!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to those restless, aching nights when you just can’t fall asleep Advil PM is a great option to help aid in that because not only is it a sleep aid it is a great pain reliever. The active ingredients are ibuprofen (200 mg) and diphenhydramine citrate (38 mg) per capsule. I personally think that this medicine works as suggested but as stated does cause drowsiness but that’s kind of the best part because it helps you stay asleep through the night. All you need is two capsules before bedtime and you’ll sleep so much better just be sure to not take more than the instructions suggest which is no more than 2 capsules per 24 hours. I would highly suggest Advil PM to those who have aches and pains associated with trouble sleeping.

This does help relieve pain but I don't feel like it helps me falls asleep faster or easier. I do like that it doesn't give me side effects and it is pretty affordable. I would buy it again and if I need help to sleep I will buy tea which always helps me.

Add any kind of discomfort or pain to the mix and sleep is definitely hard to come by. Taking the AdvilPm not only help alleviate my pain but I was able to get a good night's sleep without waking up a bunch of times.

I do not use pain medication so this was a great compromise. It helped ease the pain so I could get a good nights sleep. I will definitely be purchasing more.

While these do help with the occasional aches and pains…these pills really do knock you out. I started feeling woozy within the hour of taking just two pills. The pain stopped for the night and he slept without waking up. He will definitely use these again when he has an unwanted pain but until then we will keep them in the cabinet.
