[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took these about 30 minutes before bed which seemed like the PERFECT amount of time. I slept great all night. I did have a hard time waking up in the morning though. I felt a little drowsy.

I use this to help me sleep when i'm in pain. This also has benedryl which is the ingredient that knocks you out. I prefer using this at night for that extra aid. I recommend this brand!

I have bought these numerous time. For sure helps with the aches and pains. Also helps with getting to, and staying, asleep. I’ve noticed taking these and when I have to get up in the middle of the night I’m usually right back to sleep

These work for pain but beware they will make you extremely sleepy! For some they do the opposite and you will be wide awake. If you are the type to have weird effects to medicine you could be one of those people

Best thing to get my headache to go away and put me right to sleep. Definitely an effective one and not too pricey. Plus you can buy it in any way, bulk or just a few. Would definitely recommend this before you sleep if you have a headache.

If you have a hard time sleeping do you need these Advil PMs. They are amazing you fall asleep quickly. And you stay asleep. And waking up you do not feel groggy or tired.
