After days of more than 12 hours shift, standing, moving, on my feet all the time and with my gym routines, they are a salvation. They help me relieve muscle pain and sleep very well, perfect rest. What I liked about it is that usually I do not get a full night sleep due to neck and back pains, after taking Advil PM I slept all night long without waking up hurting or in discomfort. I work up the next day feeling like I got a full night sleep and not tired feeling, I was ready for my day.

Pretty good product over all. Only drink during the night because it does make you drowsy a bit. It has been a helpful pain reliever for all those athletes that get hurt before you go to be and are in pain take 2 of them and it will help with the pain .
