[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil has always been my go-to for pain relief. I like that they added a sleep aid as sometimes it's hard to fall asleep when you hurt. The sleep aid is not so heavy that you cannot wake up in the morning, it just helps you get to sleep.

This is my life saver! The advil helps with all my aches and pains from being on my feet all day taking care of our home and children. Sometimes the pain was so bad that I couldn't sleep. Now with this combination of advil and PM I'm getting the rest I need while relieving my aches and pains!

This pill works like for real, you need this in your house it totally met my expectations when I had it, is very effective,  but hey be ready to sleep because this is the PM version they also have a AM version, that I would drink depending on the time of the day that Im in pain.

Advil PM is THE BOMB. THE BEST. Period. It has more of the Sleep Aid than any other Pain Reliever PM available on the market. They actually work. And OH SO WELL. My husband and mother in law , even my cousin who is a Pharmacist .... we ALL swear by them !

This product is everything that I expected and works every time. When my head is hurting and I need an entire night's sleep, it always helps, I usually don’t believe in other brands that say the same thing but this one provides me such a great night, I actually rest like never before. I don’t take it always but when I do get really and headaches I have to and works amazing!

I like this product since it works well for me. The pill size and shape are relatively easy to swallow. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you need an over the counter sleep aid that also helps ease pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effectiveness of this Advil PM caplets works extremely well. I occasionally get headaches and my husbands at times has sore muscles and every time we use this, our pain disappears within 30 minutes of taking it. The effectiveness lasts about 4 hrs. I do not notice that it makes me drowsy, but I do take it at night when I have my headaches and he is able to rest with his sore muscles at ease and we can finally rest. I went to would recommend this Advil p.m. for anyone seeking pain relief.
