I find this to be the most effective sleep aid with pain relief out there. For me personally it takes me about 30 minutes before I start feeling the effects of this medicine. But once it kicks in I usually fall asleep quickly and most of the time the pain subsides. Advil Pm should be a staple in all medicine cabinets. Great product.

Makes me feel tired but my eyes stay open. Other then that it does help me sleep and takes away the pain. I like small pills and these are actually pretty big just a warning for someone who doesn't like big pills like me.

Love this. Advil always helps me out but to add the PM to a pain reliever is a huge plus. I get an awesome nights sleep when I'm in paid or have a headache. And it's affordable!
