I occasionally get headaches and my husbands at times has sore muscles and every time we use this, our pain disappears within 30 minutes of taking it. The effectiveness lasts about 4 hrs. I do not notice that it makes me drowsy, but I do take it at night when I have my headaches and he is able to rest with his sore muscles at ease and we can finally rest. I went to would recommend this Advil p.m. for anyone seeking pain relief.

I can say that it definitely helps and it's good to have it in my home medicine cabinet! Definitely recommend it. But do not forget to ask your doctor first.

Now that is out of the way I can tell you that I just loved this product. I suffer from knee pain and most times I can just go to sleep and it don't stop me from sleeping, but every once in awhile it does. I tried this AdvilPM and OH MY GOSH!!!! It helped a great deal to relax my knee pain and made it comfortable for me to fall asleep and get a very restful nights sleep. I highly recommend this to anyone who has problems with pain and falling asleep.

Advil PM is the best nighttime pain reliever. I can just take one and my pain will subside and I will fall asleep fairly quickly. I would take this over any generic brand. I would recommend it to anyone with sleeping or pain problems. It can be found at any local drug store or grocery store.

It starts to work within just a minute or so and continues to work throughout the night. It does not make me sleepy but relaxes while eliminating my headache so I can fall asleep quickly and sleep peacefully.

The only thing I woke up groggy the next day but that can be yo me not taking sleeping aides really. I would still purchase it to use here and there.

When waking up the headache is gone, and feel refresh. No side effect at all. Fully recommended. Effective for pain and sleep aid. Use according to the label.

I took 2 and 30 minutes later I was fast asleep. I didn't wake in the night hurting, and woke up feeling rested. I was alert the next day, not drowsy at all. These are great for nighttime pain relief.

I did feel a little groggy the next day, but I’m usually sensitive to even half a melatonin gummy. I like the childproof packaging and the tablets aren’t horse pills, so they’re easy to swallow. Getting a good night sleep when I’m sore or achy is easy with these tablets.
