This medicine for me is best used when I have a headache that is keeping me up and I really need to sleep. I take 1 or 2 of these pills and in a few min I am fast asleep. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed with enough sleep and *no headache*. It works fast and doesn't bother my stomach..I always keep this medicine in my bag for emergencies.

I did not take them everyday, nor do I think that’s recommended, but only once a week. They’re fast acting for me. Also the packaging is nice and secure.

I was taking Tylenol pm because the pain was so unbearable that it started waking me up several times throughout the night. BUT, I found after taking it, I would wake up the next day feeling so groggy that I didn't feel safe enough to drive, or function through the day, and sometimes I'd overmedicate because I found myself still waking up from the pain. It's very safe and effective, easy to swallow capsule and works within an hour of taking the product. It comes in an easy to open packaging, pops right out of the package. The outer package of the product is a good sized box with easy to see and read writing on the front and back of the box. There's also a small little picture of the product on the front of the box so you can see what the size and color of the product before opening up the box.

Works like a charm. I only use when I have a headache or some other body ache when trying to sleep. As a former college athlete, I pretty much relied on this to get me to sleep when in pain! I prefer this over NyQuil or Melatonin because it does not make me feel drowsy when I wake up.
