Advil PM was very effective as a pain reliever but I didn’t feel like it helped as well with my sleeplessness.

I recommend these above any other brands pm medicine. it puts me to sleep smoothly and keeps me from tossing and turning with that uncomfortable can't get comfortable thing when you don't feel good. other brands have been much, much too strong and made me feel like I was loopy and I have a tolerance for this kinda stuff!!

It only takes about 15-20 minutes to feel the effects of it. Absolutely would recommend this line!

I wouldn’t say they keep be asleep but they help me fall asleep. Packaging is just like your typical pill bottle. I’ll be keeping these in the house.
