I have tried many pain relief/sleep aid combos in the past. None of them worked for me. I can honestly say this product helped me with my chronic pain issues and I was able to sleep soundly without waking up until morning. I will gladly purchase this after I run out. AdvilPM did help with that, but I was left with a fuzzy, medicine-head feeling the next day. Advil works great for my every day aches and pains during the day, and I was hoping for overnight relief as well (which it did), but I did not care for the after-effect the next day. Not only does help with the minor pain that I have but it helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. I wake up refreshed from a good night sleep. It's nice to finally sleep again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to treat pain as naturally as possible, but when occasional pain interrupts a good night's rest, I prefer to use an OTC medicine to help me get a good nights rest without pain. I figured that a pain medicine with a sleep aid would solve my problem. I was concerned that this type of medicine would cause me to be groggy the next morning. I took 2 Advil PM caplets right before bedtime and slowly drifted off to sleep. When I woke up the next morning, I knew I slept well because I felt relaxed and rested. I did not experience pain during the night, and the most important thing was that there was no groggy feeling.
