I woke up today without any grogginess and feeling better than last night. I normally take some melatonin and it was just as effective getting to sleep.

It allowed me to sleep through the night with no issue! I wouldn’t take this on a regular basis but it’s great for those really uncomfortable nights! This container has 20 tablets!

With Advil PM though, I slept notably better. It did what it claims to and I like that. Even if I were feeling down like a dog, it might help me sleep better!

While Advil PM didn't leave me a headache it didn't really seem to help me sleep. I still tossed and turned to get to sleep, and still woke up feeling drowsy and tired
