I know that when I take this I am going to get a good nights sleep, and wake up with no headache. I love this stuff because some PM medication can leave me tossing and turning, but this won't. Super effective.

I have used this before for my restless sleep problems, but beware that you definitely need to have atleast 8 hours for full sleep or you will be very groggy, it gave me the ability to have deep sleep though!
