It helped relieve muscle pain after a long day at work. The added sleep aid even helps you fall asleep faster so the pain doesn't keep you up. I really liked having that since pain can keep you tossing and turning at night.

Advil with Diphenhydramine can replace sleep-aid, when she needs pain relief as well. A staple pain relief night time medicine for all adults when needed.
