I have aches in my legs some nights and in my right hip, its difficult to sleep when you are hurting. I tend to fall asleep eventually but wake up in the middle of the night. I took 1 of the AdvilPM and was amazed. Not only did it help my pain but I never woke up in the middle of the night. I felt refreshed the next day as well. I was able to share this with 10 of my family and friends who deal with some of the same issues.

I recommend these above any other brands pm medicine. it puts me to sleep smoothly and keeps me from tossing and turning with that uncomfortable can't get comfortable thing when you don't feel good. other brands have been much, much too strong and made me feel like I was loopy and I have a tolerance for this kinda stuff!!

When I am having aches from a busy day or even a headache that makes me not able to sleep, I will use Advil PM and I can stay asleep all night. With my kids home for the summer, I end up with aches and pains in places that I didn't know I could even have them and I have a hard time sleeping. I took them shortly after dinner because the blue coloring will give me a stomach ache if I don’t. I fell asleep shortly after and woke up with next to nothing pain so it did the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil has always been my one and only pain relief medication. Nothing works like Advil. PM caplets are really nice on nights you need to sleep but pain is keeping you up ( for me, I have hip pain that wakes me). Sound sleep without waking up groggy from the aftermath of some sleep aids. Will purchase again.
