Overall, I would recommend this for anyone that has pain and/or trouble sleeping from it. I would advise to NOT take this if you don’t want to go to sleep.

I figured that a pain medicine with a sleep aid would solve my problem. I was concerned that this type of medicine would cause me to be groggy the next morning. I took 2 Advil PM caplets right before bedtime and slowly drifted off to sleep. When I woke up the next morning, I knew I slept well because I felt relaxed and rested. I did not experience pain during the night, and the most important thing was that there was no groggy feeling.
