This pain reliever works miracles!  And thank goodness for the PM part.  It had me sleeping like a baby!  I feel that this product is very effective and affordable.  It's like taking two medications in one.  I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to others

I definitely used this multiple nights to help with my lower back pain, which it did work and relax my back, however I didn’t see any difference beyond normal pain medications I take. Just be careful if you are sensitive to sleep aids. It did make me feel a tad groggy the next morning

I am a Preschool Teacher and being at my best is important to me to do my job to the fullest. I love that these pills are easy to swallow because they are coated capsules. These capsules have 38 mg of Diphenhydramine Citrate (Nighttime sleep-aid) and 200 mg of Ibuprofen (pain relief). I am refreshed when I awake and my body feels good. I don't feel groggy when I wake. I like the fact that I can take Advil PM for occasional sleeplessness. You take two pills with water and off to sleep with no pain you go!
