Perfect Friday night exercise haha worked great - melatonin doesn’t always quite cut it - but this seemed the perfect solution for a night when counting sheep just wasnt going to cut it. Love the idea of pain relief + sleep aid in one. Only downside - felt a tad groggy in the morning….but could have had something more to do with the weather? Optimistic! These are easy to distinguish from the regular ones since they’re blue and not difficult to swallow.

I took this for a toothache and it took a little longer to kick in than Excedrin PM, which is what I usually take. It did work and it made me a little sleepy. Overall, I was satisfied.

I was sore and uncomfortable so I took Advil PM. I fell asleep pretty quickly and woke up feeling so much better! Advil PM helped me get a good nights sleep after a long day of working outside.

I usually take it right before bedtime and it helps relieved my headache and also helps me to fall asleep. Make sure you don’t exceed the recommended amount and might be better if you take it with food.

Advil is always a great pain reliever so this is a great combo for night time pain. I have a sensitive stomach and had no problems taking this even on an empty stomach. Overall a great fast acting pain reliever and helps you go to sleep without making you tired the next day!
