Advil is the only pain reliever I trust and have been using for a long time. I dont take pain reliever immediately after I feel pain, I give it some time to recover by its own. I take just a pill if it gets worse and advil is the best one that does the job

I was taking Tylenol pm because the pain was so unbearable that it started waking me up several times throughout the night. BUT, I found after taking it, I would wake up the next day feeling so groggy that I didn't feel safe enough to drive, or function through the day, and sometimes I'd overmedicate because I found myself still waking up from the pain. The past few years I have been struggling with back and neck pain and some nights is very difficult for me to sleep. During those restless nights I found that if I take Advil PM I can improve my sleep quality. I wake up the next day rested and in a better shape. This helped me feel pain free and get a good nights rest. Good night's rest makes it a lot easier to keep up with my 2yr old ! I have already recommended this to family and friends.
