[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for headaches and back pains especially at night...I was sleeping within about 20 mins of taking this with a very sore back and a headache. I got a very good night rest without the hangover feeling of taking some night time medicines.

I have been using the Advil PM and have been able to sleep without pain and get sleep. I do not wake up feeling drugged and feel refreshed and ready to start my day. I recommend this for you if you have some of the same issues. I have tried other products in the past and woke up feeling groggy and tired. I did not feel that way at all with the Advil.

I do not like to take prescription pain medication so I used the Advil pm. It helped to ease the pain from the minor surgeryand helped me to get a very good night's sleep after I got home! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take Advil often and find it to be a great pain reliever but it’s hard to find a nighttime medicine that doesn’t make you groggy. This works perfect for me. It doesn’t give that fog in the morning that other ones do. It is also small and easy to swallow.

I have back issues that have been ongoing for years, as well as shoulder and hip issues. Sometimes, I am in way too much pain to easily sleep, or if I do fall asleep, I awake immediately when I shift and the pain hits me full force. Advil® PM Caplets help relieve the pain so that I can sleep, and help me to fall asleep more quickly due to the sleep aid in them. When I shift in my sleep, I don't tend to wake up as often, or as fully, as I do without them. They are also great if you have a headache that is keeping you from sleeping. I really like that these are helpful without having the weird hungover feeling that some sleep aids seem to cause the next day also.

I recommend these above any other brands pm medicine. it puts me to sleep smoothly and keeps me from tossing and turning with that uncomfortable can't get comfortable thing when you don't feel good. other brands have been much, much too strong and made me feel like I was loopy and I have a tolerance for this kinda stuff!!
