[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil pm/any ibuprofen pm work essentially the same. It makes you sleepy, while also slightly reducing any inflammation, as does the ibuprofen. Together they work great as a sleep aid for a chronic pain suffurer.

Take the recommended dosage. It works okay with pain but didn’t help as a sleep aid. I think the best part of this product is the packaging.

Honestly thought this would help my husband sleep better because he's always tossing and turning and he has aches from working on his feet all day. He said that he slept longer without waking up when he took it, but he did wake up feeling groggy and more tired than he normally does. Could be a coincidence. He said he'd try it a few more times to see if it helps.
