But he happened to have a headache last night and took one and I can only assume it helped because he was sound asleep within the hour and didn’t wake up with a headache which sometimes happens. After days of more than 12 hours shift, standing, moving, on my feet all the time and with my gym routines, they are a salvation. They help me relieve muscle pain and sleep very well, perfect rest. I only use them when I really feel I need them, which is once every two or three weeks, I don't consume them regularly.
