Perfect after a long stressful day that ends with a headache! Usually when I have a headache I can't sleep, but this helps relieve my headache and put me to sleep. My only complaint is it's slightly expensive, and I think that's only because it's a PM product.

When you have a long day you tend to get a headache form everything your trying to remember or etc. Ending a night like that not good so taking this will help so much and it's quick. The Advil is like a magic pill once you take it a snap of a finger your pain goes away

It was hard to get comfortable and to stay asleep throughout the entire night. This helped and made a huge difference. I was able to get comfortable and stay asleep for more than a hour at a time.
