When I woke up I did feel pretty groggy. It made it hard for me to want to get going. It subsided rather quickly but if you're someone who struggles with motivation in the mornings getting ready then you might not like this.

They work wonders and I honestly have woken up less sore and have been sleeping more soundly since I got them! I don’t take them often but on days from the gym I’m super sore I will take one before bed and wake up definitely much more comfortable!

Advil is a staple in my medicine cabinet, now Advil PM is going to be a staple in there as well.

Occasionally I have muscle pain and tension in my neck and shoulder that keeps me up at night and prevents me from getting sleep. I tried Advil PM and found it to be very effective! Instead of tossing and turning for hours, shortly after taking Advil PM I peacefully drifted off to sleep and didn't wake up until my alarm went off. I felt rested and awake, not at all groggy. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helped me sleep good. It did not help my headache at all. The coating on the caplets make it very easy to swallow. I did fall asleep faster than normal, but I did. It stay asleep for very long. Maybe I should up the dosage.
