Fast acting and long lasting - I did not wake up due to pain nor did I wake up with pain. Would recommend for anyone who struggles to sleep through the night thanks to pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a shoulder injury since 2016. It makes it hard to get comfortable at night. I cant always sleep on it or put any pressure on it. Most nights I sleep on another side. Sometimes the pain radiates and I need extra help getting to sleep. The Advil PM 8ct vial is handy to have when you need pain relief and help getting to sleep. I took it with me on an overnight hotel stay, and it was a great size for travel. I don't usually use the Advil brand but I would consider using it more in the future if I needed to.

With that being said, these are great to have around when you feel bad, and just need some good rest. I would recommend if you can’t afford to lose out on sleep despite feeling like crap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an extreme night owl, and it’s always worse when our weather is bad because my joints hurt to much to sleep. I normally take melatonin and advil to so what Tylenol pm does. I wanted to make sure I gave this a really good try before reviewing, but man is it nice for the pain to ease up and my sleep get better. It definitely works. Just don’t take it too late or it’s hard to wake up the next day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great medication for those of us who suffer with insomnia and general pain. I take these when my back and knees hurt and it really does the trick before bed. No pain when I try to go to sleep and helps me sleep. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works really well. The ibuprofen in it is a tried and true pain reliever. Always works for me. But the sleep part of this pill really knocks me out! I slept like a baby. I definitely recommend it if you're not feeling so well and are having trouble falling asleep. It works pretty quickly too. My pain was improved and I was groggy within 20 min.

Advil is always a great pain reliever so this is a great combo for night time pain. I have a sensitive stomach and had no problems taking this even on an empty stomach. Overall a great fast acting pain reliever and helps you go to sleep without making you tired the next day!
