[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take Advil PM when I think my pain may keep me awake at night. This works better for me to wake feeling rested versus taking regular Advil and melatonin, which gets me to sleep, but doesn't keep me asleep.

I'm not one to always be in pain or with an ache but this product is helpful for this. It's really effective for me the thing is depending oh the tablet i feel like 1000mg is my amount. I usually take the pill when i have a headache or during my period and it helps me personally. The only thing people need to becareful in is that advil has PM and AM pills. If its daytime DO NOT drinking the PM pills even if they are the last ones you will fall asleep.

My only problem was that I felt like I had a hangover the next day. I had a hard time staying awake. The product really works, but I can't take them. Every once in a while, I need help going to sleep. This product really does help! It is not addicting at all. Just make sure you get enough sleep when you take it or you will feel terrible. Also, sometimes you may have odd dreams. Not scary dreams, just odd ones. Or I do anyways.

I had fallen down some stairs and had some soft tissue damage which isn’t doctor worthy but makes for uncomfortable sleeping. I took some Advil PM and slept so soundly that all I remember is my head hitting the pillow and then it was morning! I wasn’t nearly as sore as I would have expected when I woke up and can only assume that is thanks to Advil PM.

Advil is my go to pain reliever at night. So I especially appreciate the pm. I have suffered with lower back pain for years. At night after work I like to take this an hour before bed and it helps my back pain, plus gets me a great nights sleep. It does not leave you groggy in the morning with is great!
