It did take me a long while to fall asleep. I did still wake up periodically throughout the night. That’s normal for me. I did find it hard to wake up the next morning. I would recommend not taking if you have to be up early the next day.

However, I had never thought to try an Advil product for sleep. I had been having a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep. I am a light sleeper, and rarely get a full night's rest. Taking an Advil PM helped me completely relax and fall into a deep sleep, which was unfamiliar to me. I slept through the night, and awoke the following morning feeling alert and refreshed. This would have been my generic review, until my husband got sick... My husband, who is 3 years away from retirement and NEVER taken a sick day, recently had an emergency trip to the doctor. He had been suffering with fatigue, fever, aches/pains, and weakness. He was told to get rest and drink fluids until it passed. He tried an Advil PM and went to bed early. When he woke up the next morning, he said it was the best sleep he had ever had in his life! The symptoms passed, and he felt like a new man. Everyone who was worried and called to check on him was told about the magic of Advil PM! This is by far the most effective sample I have ever received, and I will continue to share our experience with others. I had never seen my husband so sick, and never imagined a sleeping aid would have helped so much. I am grateful to have Advil PM in our medicine cabinet, and am now a loyal patron. Advil is something I use once in a great while. I don't like using medication at all - so I have to be pretty sick to reach for a medication. The Advil PM worked for me when I needed it. It took me about a half an hour after taking the dose for me to sleep. I'm giving it a three because it didn't work as quick as I had hoped, but it could have been my own body as well.

I take a supplement each night to be able to fall asleep. Sometimes, I have to take a pain pill too. When I used this, it was nice to not have to worry about interactions or reactions to both pills. This stuff works! I feel asleep fairly quickly and when I woke up, I didn't feel groggy. Yay!

It helped me fall asleep despite the headache and when I woke up the headache was gone. It did not leave me feeling sleepy or tired. Would recommend.
