By the time night falls I’m usually soo tired but can’t sleep because of a bad headache. These little pills have been so helpful to me. I usually take them a half hour before I plan to go to bed and I always find myself able to peacefully sleep when I get to my pillow.

Perfect Friday night exercise haha worked great - melatonin doesn’t always quite cut it - but this seemed the perfect solution for a night when counting sheep just wasnt going to cut it. Love the idea of pain relief + sleep aid in one. Only downside - felt a tad groggy in the morning….but could have had something more to do with the weather? Optimistic!
