The pill as a light blue. Also with any other pills. I suggest you read the warning label. But this product did not concern me at all. I was able to take it and I woke up very rested

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] By the end of the day I often have back pain which often makes it hard for me to sleep even when I use regular pain relievers. This Advil PM helps solve both of my problems. They don't make me completely conk out or anything but they do make me relaxed and sleepy. Just one seems to lessen my back pain and I am able to fall asleep without trying 10 different ways to try and get comfortable.

Fast acting and long lasting - I did not wake up due to pain nor did I wake up with pain. Would recommend for anyone who struggles to sleep through the night thanks to pain.

I walked a 5K for charity (without training for it!) and I had just a few muscle aches afterwards. I took Advil PM to get some relief and sleep a bit easier. After 2 nights, my pain had dissipated and I didn't lose any sleep over it. A good night's sleep is so important to me because I lead a busy life and can't take time out to nap. I would use Advil PM again for muscle aches and pains.
