I am an avid gym goer and always have body aches and pains from lifting daily and most pain relievers don’t seem to help or even take the edge off but Advil PM is amazing. Not only does it help me fall asleep but also noticed my body doesn’t feel all achey when I wake up. Great quality brand advil products never disappoint and also great value! I highly recommend!

I am a big fan on the night time pain reliever and sleep aid.  I missed this on those sleepless pregnancy nights when I could only take Tylenol!!!  We keep this close in the house, and it is a must have for those long achey days and you just need a good night rest.

I walked a 5K for charity (without training for it!) and I had just a few muscle aches afterwards. I took Advil PM to get some relief and sleep a bit easier. After 2 nights, my pain had dissipated and I didn't lose any sleep over it. A good night's sleep is so important to me because I lead a busy life and can't take time out to nap. I would use Advil PM again for muscle aches and pains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take Advil PM at night to help with occasional insomnia and pain. I can quickly relieve minor aches and pains and get a decent night's sleep when I take this ibuprofen. Each caplet contains ibuprofen for pain relief and diphenhydramine citrate for sleep aid, which I love because it's non-habit forming. The caplets' coating and portability make them convenient to take with you wherever you go or to your house. So far very happy with this product, it works as intended.

Occasionally I have muscle pain and tension in my neck and shoulder that keeps me up at night and prevents me from getting sleep. I tried Advil PM and found it to be very effective! Instead of tossing and turning for hours, shortly after taking Advil PM I peacefully drifted off to sleep and didn't wake up until my alarm went off. I felt rested and awake, not at all groggy. Highly recommend!

This Advil PM helps solve both of my problems. They don't make me completely conk out or anything but they do make me relaxed and sleepy. Just one seems to lessen my back pain and I am able to fall asleep without trying 10 different ways to try and get comfortable.

I had the best sleep I’ve had in ages, and the headache was long gone when I woke up in the morning. Not something I would take often, but happy to have these on hand for nights when a headache is keeping me up.
