[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A well trusted brand and great for those who have a hard time sleeping at night and that aren't feeling all that great. Easy to swallow and kicks right within the time needed to get into bed for the night.

I can't really say anything not good about this product. It does the job intend most of the time. There are moments when I feel like Advil alone just doesn't cut it. I will say using the pm version does leave me with any hang over type feelings in the morning.

I wanted to try it 2 times to make sure my comments were right on. I also found that in the AM when I woke up I was loopy just saying I still felt funny both time I used the pill. Maybe for some it worked but not for me. I was hoping these would help me with sleep & my arthritis. Oh well you win some & then you loose some.

Helpful that j was able to control 2 of my symptoms with one dose and felt rested the next day. No groggy feeling when I woke up either.

I have tried SO many over the counter pain meds with sleep aids, and none of them compare to Advil PM. I fell asleep fast, stayed asleep, and I did not wake up hurting the next morning! I couldn't believe it! I did not feel groggy or foggy the next day, either. I just felt good! I felt like I got the best night's sleep ever! And all with just 2 little pills, that are non habit forming and are sold OTC in stores everywhere! They are not expensive, either! There's really not a price one can put on a good night's sleep, but Advil PM makes it easy and less expensive than other brands to achieve that goal. I would advise anyone that suffers from sleeplessness due to minor aches and pains to try Advil PM for a night. What have you got to lose? Instead, you'll gain a restful, pain free, night's sleep. The caplets are very easy to swallow, and they kick in relatively quickly. I usually take one about 30 minutes before bedtime, and by the time I hit the bed, I can feel the calming effects setting in and I can relax. I wake up feeling rested and not groggy or drowsy. I can function the next day, which is a huge plus for me. AdvilPM combines ibuprofen for pain relief with diphenhydramine to help me drift off. It's like a double whammy for those nights when both pain and insomnia are tag-teaming against you. You’ll definitely want to give these a try.
