[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For these last few weeks overall I’ve been getting headaches left and right. Especially at night. I’ve tired almost everything I can get and not much worked but these worked just as well as any other pm meds. It gave me such instant relief

because of Osteoarthritis and past surgeries I never sleep more than a few hrs but last night I took 2 advil pm and slept like a rock , I couldn't believe I slept for 10 hrs , I have used this before and only take once per wk so that when I do use it I get results like last night thank you Pfizer

It helps keep my cramps at bay and I am finally getting some rest and relief. I wish I had discovered these sooner. Love to take them at night because I know I’ll be getting a great night sleep. It for sure helps me stay asleep because my pain is under control. Love the caplets because they are the right size and because they are coated they are very easy to swallow. I must add, these pills start working very fast. These pills are for sure a must in our house, and recommend because they do a great job with body aches and providing a great night sleep.

I’ll take something else in a pinch but this is the only product that fully gets rid of a headache. It also knocks me right out but I can’t say if that’s the medicine or just the relief from being headache free :)
