They are super effective for alot of our pains like a headache back pain toothache cramps any kind of pain theses truly work and super fast you take two tablets by mouth don't matter food or no food it won't bother your stomach I didn't get any side affects with taking this medication but don't mean you won't have any .

It did take me a long while to fall asleep. I did still wake up periodically throughout the night. That’s normal for me. I did find it hard to wake up the next morning. I would recommend not taking if you have to be up early the next day.

My reasons: medical issues with my neck & shoulders, chronic migraines, headaches, now let's add hot flashes.
