My job keeps me moving all day and the aches and pains get the best of me, on those days sleep is rough because I just can’t get comfortable but I tried these and wow! I took 2 and In about 30 minutes my aches and pains went away and I had a great sleep and the best part was I didn’t feel “hung over “ like I do when I use other sleep aids.

I don’t take a lot of med or frequently but after a long 12.5hr shift, this is my choice for a good night sleep and relief of arthritis in my leg from close to a dozen surgeries!

I want to start off by saying that they helped me through the pain and helped me fall asleep faster. When your in pain, sleep is what you need sometimes and I’m glad this is able to provide that for me when I am unable to. Overall the pills are average size and the bottle it comes in is a twist open cap so it’s secured everywhere you go.

My mother in law was so jealous when she seen I got this in the mail free so I gave it to her (since we live together and I'm pregnant and can't use which I never knew). She was so grateful! She said it's been helping her sleep better since she has been dealing with a lot of discomfort , as she's gotten older she's had more joint pain.
