I love Advil PM, plain and simple. It's the perfect medicine to help aches and pains overnight and also helps me fall asleep when I have those aches and pains. I take this when I am not feeling great or have a headache at night and it helps me fall asleep and I wake up the next morning feeling much better. Highly recommend this over any other night time medicine. Definitely get and use these - you will love it!

Being a mom of 3 boys, I usually have chaotic days that leave me feeling tired, sore and worn down come bedtime. I tried Advil PM and it definitely eased the muscle soreness and allowed me to drift off to sleep without staying up tossing and turning. It does cause a little grogginess in the AM but not for long. The taste is definitely a little bitter if you accidentally let the pill sit in your mouth too long before swallowing, which is odd considering regular advil tastes sweet.
