If I am suffering from a headache or back pain, I take 2 of these with a glass of water and end up asleep in bed within an hour. The caplets are easy to swallow and have no after taste like other pain medications I have used in the past. They really do work, and I'm thankful for that. Once these caplets are depleted, I will be buying these to replace my other pain relief brand. I highly recommend this product; however, as with all medications you should consult with your doctor prior to taking ibuprofen should you have concerns. I am a bird photographer and do trails not realizing how far I have walked and back. With this pill I am not even worried how far I walk because I know this pill would do its magic. I wasn’t expecting much from an over the counter pain reliever with sleep aid. However I was pleasantly surprised when not only did it help me fall asleep through knee pain I’ve recently been experiencing, but I also woke up the next day without any adverse side effects that can come with sleep aids. I’ve used regular Advil in the past, and it’s always been a go-to for me. Now I can add their PM version as well!
