After trying this product, I was very surprised to find it did seem to help me get to sleep and stay asleep. As a disabled middle aged lady with back injuries and surgeries, this product is perfect for nights when I do not hurt enough to warrant using a narcotic pain medication, yet I am uncomfortable enough that sleep eludes me. Sometimes it is impossible to get a good nights sleep. I lay at night and toss, turn and hurt. I have a bottle of this product by the bed and one pill will put me to sleep within a half an hour. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the world.

Also important to know, my body reacts to sleep aids this way regardless so if you don't have this issue then these would be perfect. In the picture this is exact size and they provide a great night sleep without being so graugy the next day and for the price point, amazing!

My Restless Leg Syndrome was gone and I could feel myself getting drowsy. I slept through the night without waking up once.

I did wake up slightly groggy but maybe I just needed more sleep with them. Recommend if you need some pain relief and help with sleep.

I tried Advil PM because I had a headache and it was nearing bedtime. I was elated when I woke in the morning and realized I'd gotten 8.5 hours of sleep without waking up. My headache was gone and more importantly, I didn't feel groggy or sleepy at all! I felt rested and ready for the day, and headache free! I would recommend this to anyone having difficulty sleeping or pains that keep them up at night.
