I’ve been having some issues with sleeping like lost Americans and i have also been having some lower back pain that contributes to the now sleep. This was the answer to my prayers. Takes away my back pain and successfully lets me sleep almost all night. Highly recommended!

Honestly thought this would help my husband sleep better because he's always tossing and turning and he has aches from working on his feet all day. He said that he slept longer without waking up when he took it, but he did wake up feeling groggy and more tired than he normally does. Could be a coincidence. He said he'd try it a few more times to see if it helps.
