I have a few nights a month that I have trouble falling asleep due to my ankle aching. After taking the Advil PM I fell asleep within 45 minutes. I still woke up a few times but fell right back to sleep. I felt no grogginess the next morning. I definitely recommend this if you experience a hard time falling asleep from mild but annoying aches occasionally like me.

The Advil PM works wonders on both of those needs. On a recent bout with the flu I managed to get a good nights rest despite feeling so crappy during the day. Several Advil products work well for me for migraines and headaches but when you are feeling sick and need a good nights rest this one worked well for me. Was able to get a good nights rest so I could feel better and rested in the morning. Nothing is worse than being under the weather and then not being able to sleep at night. Happy with this product

I have used Advil many times due to the daily headaches I get but I have never tried to PM version. Advil is a form of ibuprofen and really does help my headaches so taking this at night not only relieves my pain but will help my sleep better. So far I have taken this twice at night and it does help. I do not know if it helped my sleep but I did not wake up groggy and my headache was gone.

I constantly wake up or toss and turn due to some ache or pain, minor or otherwise, and when I tried Advil PM, I was able to sleep comfortably the entire night! I used my Advil PM when I received it free from Smiley360 to give my honest feedback for the first time, after working all day in my garden/yard...digging, tilling, planting...I was exhausted and extremely achy. I tried this for my night time pain and the fact that I don't sleep very well at night. I know it says it's not addictive, but I still worry about using it too much and starting to need it to fall asleep. That being said, if you only need it once in awhile it definitely works on the pain and helps you sleep.
