I work a tough-8hrs to 12hrs everyday, I walk dogs as a side hustle 3days a week, I do a 2hr workout 4days a week, and all of the in between. I’m obviously very active. This being said, I still have the sleep issues. Ive taken a multitude of products to attempt helping me with my sleep and some work and some dont. After using the Advil PM for only 3 nights, i will continue use for sure. I fell asleep within about 30 minutes and STAYED ASLEEP.
