I have used Advil many times due to the daily headaches I get but I have never tried to PM version. Advil is a form of ibuprofen and really does help my headaches so taking this at night not only relieves my pain but will help my sleep better. So far I have taken this twice at night and it does help. I do not know if it helped my sleep but I did not wake up groggy and my headache was gone.

I suffer from back pain and have trouble going to sleep and staying asleep as well. Taking the Advil pm helped me to feel less pain and relaxed my body so it was easier to fall asleep and I didn't have as much trouble staying asleep because it eased my uncomfortable back pain . .

My experience with this sedative was very good, my mother sent it to me and when my head hurts that it is not very often but it hurts a lot, I usually take it and go to sleep, the next day you look like New, Once I took two capsules and the next day I was sleepy around the house, so take caution, the rest excellent! I highly recommend it !!

Before getting pregnant Advil PM was a staple for me. 9 times out of 10 I reached for the bottle of Advil PM before laying down to sleep because if I didn't, my night would consist of constant tossing and turning, checking the time on the clock and eventually throwing my hands up in anger because yet again, I literally ran out of time to sleep for the day. I ALWAYS got a majorly needed good nights sleep when taking the PM's. If you have trouble sleeping or staying asleep throughout the night I absolutely suggest giving Advil PM a try.
