[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Anytime I’m sick with a cold or bad headache. I find it hard to sleep. I was glad to try Advil p.m. because I use Advil already during the day for headaches and pains. And Advil p.m. was just as great but also helped me sleep. It was an easy to swallow caplet. It wasn’t very big and went down smooth with a glass of water. It worked quickly while minimizing my pain and I fell asleep within about 45 minutes. I woke up feeling normal and not groggy and the pain has usually subsided. I will continue to buy this for nights when I’m in pain and having trouble sleeping.

I get bad headaches and have trouble sleeping at night where I toss and turn , uncomfortable. After taking 2 capsules it took about 30 minutes to help alleviate the throbbing pain which had kept me awake. This did help me get restful sleep, and woke up without a headache.

I’m having a lot of trouble falling asleep and this seems to do the trick. I do recommend only taking this if you have someone to take care of your baby. I do not wake up groggy.
