Because taking 1 had me up taking 2 had me stuck between sleep. After trying this I can’t even remember falling asleep i just know when I woke up tv watching me.

I work a tough-8hrs to 12hrs everyday, I walk dogs as a side hustle 3days a week, I do a 2hr workout 4days a week, and all of the in between. I’m obviously very active. This being said, I still have the sleep issues. Ive taken a multitude of products to attempt helping me with my sleep and some work and some dont. After using the Advil PM for only 3 nights, i will continue use for sure. I fell asleep within about 30 minutes and STAYED ASLEEP. With Advil PM it was very easy to fall asleep. I took a little time before I was ready for bed and when the time came, I was ready to sleep! I did awake to use the restroom, as I do every night, and was able to fall right back to sleep. Most nights I have a had time falling back to sleep and it can take quite some time, but not this time.
