I had a headache and tool the advil before going to bed and it knocked me out enough for me to get sleep and stop my headache. The pill was not too big which was nice because it was easy to swallow! When I woke up the next day, my body was not as sore as the night prior. I also have tried using this when I had a bad headache. It helped me fall asleep and headache was gone the next day.
