So after a while, my back and neck start to hurt to the point that I have issues sleeping. Not only did this help with the pain, but I was able to sleep throughout the night and didn't wake up groggy in the morning. The pills are easy to swallow, which is nice. They are oval shaped but not huge. Overall, I'm happy with AdvilPM.

Yes, Advil P.M. works, but only as directed. It is unfair for the the company to say is not habit forming. It is, indeed, habit forming and can lead to an addiction very difficult to break! Research is showing frequent use can cause memory problems and the product can lead to dementia.
