I bought these for sleeping aid, it did had the total opposite effect for some reason and I ended up awake all night long, that happened to me every time I took it, it was actually better for me not to take them, at least without them I was able to sleep part of the night. When I call the manufacturer to tell them about it they were really bad, even though they are required by the law to take my report.

These definitely work for me, if you're a daily pill taker they might not really do you much . Although these definitely take away a minor headache and minor aches! They definitely take away my aches or cramps after working out or just a long, tiring day!

Taking 1 caplet of the Advil pm has been very effective relieving headaches at bedtime and allowing me to fall asleep quicker.
