It really does work when I have pain and inflammation at night and can not sleep due to pain. I take a couple and wait about 30 minutes and then I am able to get some much needed sleep and feel great when I wake up in the morning. I also love that it does not make me feel groggy or foggy when I wake up! Will definitely buy a full size so I will have them when I need them again. I suffer from neck/shoulder pain and it interferes w/my sleep. I take this on the nights I need to sleep and the pain is too much to fall asleep on my own. Some nights it doesn't work as quickly as most other nights but that could be due to other factors and not the medicine itself.
