I take before bed and get a solid and uninterrupted night sleep, waking up refreshed and ready to go. I don’t get the “ hangover” feeling or need them again the next night. I will never be without.

I typically do not write reviews. So this means a lot. Advil pm is phenomianal, I've used products like melatonin and have not had the overall satisfaction like Advil Pm has on me. It gives me a very relaxed feeling when it kicks in and I'm asleep within an hour. I would like to thank Advil for this beautiful product.

I am a Preschool Teacher and being at my best is important to me to do my job to the fullest. I love that these pills are easy to swallow because they are coated capsules. These capsules have 38 mg of Diphenhydramine Citrate (Nighttime sleep-aid) and 200 mg of Ibuprofen (pain relief). I am refreshed when I awake and my body feels good. I don't feel groggy when I wake. I like the fact that I can take Advil PM for occasional sleeplessness. You take two pills with water and off to sleep with no pain you go! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pulled a muscle at work last week. This Advil PM has helped take the edge off so I can fall sleep at night. I use it with an ice pack. The combination really helps me relax enough to nod off. I take 2 at night with a glass of water. I do not experience any stomach upset. I start to feel a bit sleepy about 30-45 minutes later.

I don't often need a pm type of pill but every once in awhile I take some. Advil Pm helps ease my pain and allows me to get a good nights sleep. I wake up refreshed and not drowsy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take the Advil PM on nights when I have a headache. I also have insomnia and usually have to take Melatonin to help me sleep. When I take the Advil PM, I can skip the Melatonin and still fall aslepp quickly and stay asleep. I would buy them again.

I made sure that I took it on a night where I was able to get a full nights rest and didn’t have to wake up to an alarm in the morning so I didn’t wake up drowsy.
