I am a Preschool Teacher and being at my best is important to me to do my job to the fullest. I love that these pills are easy to swallow because they are coated capsules. These capsules have 38 mg of Diphenhydramine Citrate (Nighttime sleep-aid) and 200 mg of Ibuprofen (pain relief). I am refreshed when I awake and my body feels good. I don't feel groggy when I wake. I like the fact that I can take Advil PM for occasional sleeplessness. You take two pills with water and off to sleep with no pain you go! It has an NSAID and a sleep aid so it has been extremely helpful in keeping my pain down and actually letting me get 8 hours of sleep without waking up in the middle in pain.
