They’ve definitely been helpful with pain; I typically take two. I also like that they’re not a true sleep aid that makes you feel groggy in the mornings.

Advil PM comes in easy to swallow gel capsules. They are very easy to take and don't upset my stomach. I found these to be an exceptional way to go to sleep, even with a headache. I’ve definitely had times where it was difficult to fall asleep because of the pain I was having. This product helps with both. I took it one night when I had a pretty bad headache.
