[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was a lifesaver on a recent trip. I went on my daughter’s 8th grade trip to DC. We walked about 10 miles a day and sat in a charter bus in between walking. Both of those things are not in my usual day to day so my body was sore and ached at night. We also were up all day from about 6 am to 11 pm. So when we got back to the hotel each night we needed to get to sleep fast to get as much sleep for the next days events. These pills helped me fall asleep and helped with the discomfort and aches and headaches that came from all the crazy walking, not to mention the time change. I would definitely recommend these!

The pain makes it hard to fall asleep so it makes sense to take a pain reliever that will help me fall asleep. Advil PM works great for me. It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep and I don't wake up feeling groggy. It also takes away my pain making it easier to fall asleep also.

Great if you have aches and pains keeping you up at night & you just need a good nights sleep. You'll wake up feeling refreshed. Alot of PM meds will have you waking up groggy and fatigued but these woke me up feeling revived and feeling good, i was alert and ready to begin my day! Easy to swallow & doesnt have a nasty taste.

Now, with Advil PM, I easily fall asleep pain free and i wake up pain free. It doesn't cause me to wake up in a fog like other over the counter nightime meds i have taken. This product is everything that I expected and works every time. When my head is hurting and I need an entire night's sleep, it always helps, I usually don’t believe in other brands that say the same thing but this one provides me such a great night, I actually rest like never before. I think it's great that it's a pain reliever as well as a sleep aid. I take two pills and that does help. It is 200 mg for each pill and comes with 20 pills in each bottle. Pills are not that big either.
