I like that I only have to take one product for two purposes: pain reliever and sleep-aid. It offers relief of occasional sleeplessness associated with those minor aches and pains. I feel good waking up in the morning, no groggy or heavy feeling which is a big plus. The pills are not large, and easy to swallow. Advil is a trusted brand and this product delivers as expected.
