Advil is my to go option for headaches and muscular pain, it works every time like a charm and quick so its very effective, this PM version is very good too, when im in pain during the night this always helps, i give it just 4 stars because i feel weird or groogy if i don’t sleep more that 10 hours and even thats not enough, if you stay home and can rest the tireness away this pill are phenomenal. They are a moderate size so very easy to swallow too, the packaging is nice and the ingredients i don’t know about that but is a relevant brand for so many years

I do not do well on prescription pain medication’s, but this definitely helped. And you don’t get those horrible side effects. It’s worth a try.

Although I'm not exactly sure how to review a product like this very well. It does what it's supposed to as expected. I don't particularly think it does any better or less than any other cheaper - off brand of this product would do for significantly more money & less product. BUT, I don't know, and I would still buy this again, although I would opt in for the cheaper stuff that does the same thing whenever available.

Advil has always been a long time go to for pain relief for me and my family. Advil PM is just as great as regular day time Advil. The easy to swallow blue caplets are smooth, oval rounded pills that are painless to take, effortless to swallow, and smooth around the edges contributing to faster relief. After administering, Advil PMs begin their work pretty quickly. I notice the drowsy/sleepy feelings about 15 to 20 minutes after the initial dose and the beginning of aches and pains finally subsiding usually happens even faster. Taking these from time to time, I get a full night's sleep where I wake up pain free, 100% rested and ready for the day, and absolutely zero groggy hangover that lingers into the next day. Advil PMs are lifesavers!
