He typically falls asleep around 10pm and sleeps until about 1am and then is awake for hours and we couldn't seem to figure out why this kept happening. Last week, he took AdvilPM every night about 30 minutes before bed and 5 out of the 7 nights he was able to sleep at least 6 consecutive hours per night. That is a huge improvement and so now he swears by AdvilPM and has made it part of his bedtime routine every night.

This works great relieves headache and pain if you have any, usually after I run or play basketball I take some and helps with the joint pain. Do I recommend this ? I have back pain and trouble going to sleep, so this helped me take one medication isn't of taking two or three for my bed time routine. I will definitely be adding, this to my nighttime routine.

Advil PM contains ibuprofen and diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to ease those nighttime aches and pains PLUS helps you sleep better and longer. My favorite part is that Advil PM is non habit forming.

I felt a little groggy the next day as well. Main reason I don't like otc meds. But maybe it will work for someone else. We're all different.
